Terp Plans
My plans for the rest of college.
InternshipsI hope to secure an internship for this summer, despite COVID-19 concerns. I'm currently in the middle of the process for two positions. Securing a more prestigious internship the following summer after I've gathered more job experience is also a goal of mine.

Strong GPAI would love to push myself to maintain my 4.0 GPA throughout college. Though I realize it's not a necessity, I think it definitely serves as a signaling factor to potential employers. Additionally, I'd love to prove that I can reach such a level of academic excellence to myself.

Traveling AbroadPrior to the current worldwide health crisis, I was scheduled to have an internship in Dublin, Ireland, this summer. It would be great to recreate this experience sometime before I graduate, or to at least go on some international trip.

Post-Graduate Goals
Despite how it may currently feel, there is life after college. Here are my plans for that exciting stage of life.
Securing a Dream JobI can't imagine extending my educational career for a few extra years right away. There's a potential for me to work towards my MBA in the future, but I'd like to head right to work after graduation.
|
Marketing or Supply Chain Management? Most of the classes I have taken thus far are general business school requirements. Therefore, I don't think I have yet had the experience to determine which field I would like to apply myself towards. Marketing enhances my creative energy, whereas supply chain would provide me analytical satisfaction.
|
Continued Community InvolvementThroughout high school and college, I have enjoyed volunteering and supporting certain social causes. I would love to continue doing so in some shape or form when my free time is no longer as controlled by schoolwork obligations.
